So I’ve redone week 1 a few times due to a bad start and illness. So I decided that I was going to finish week 1 once and for all and move onto week 2.

So the final week 1 run was AMAZING! I enjoyed it so much and looking forward week 2 on Tuesday.

I had my bumbag and new hat against the cold. Now I’m off to buy some bright pink in your face you can’t miss me high vis. I might even buy a bright pink hat.

BUZZING! 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️

I did the same with week3 - didn't have time to do runs frequently enough to progress but at least one 'week3' run a week meant I wasn't going backwards. I was the short fat one at school, I used to get stitch after a few metres so I may have needed this just to sort my running and breathing technique. Now on W5R2 - progressing at my own pace and able to 'breathe away' a stitch if I feel one coming. Good luck!
