Week 8 in the bag

Lovely run this morning for yogi dog and me. Lots of other people out running and saying hello to us both. Lots of cyclists too saying hi or smiling. Yogi dog was very well behaved and stayed with me rather than trying to join others on their run. Extra treats for him for this of course.
