Braved the daylight!!!

Week 7 Run 3 completed this morning-first run in the light braving shuffling past dog walkers, runners, postmen etc. Much prefer being in the dark on an early morning run as it feels more private...stupid I know! Think I'm in love with Michael's silky tones and don't want to let him down so when he says, " thats's it" I can genuinely smile at the end. When I think I can't be bothered, lets just walk, I think how disappointed Michael would be!!!Can't say that "enjoy" running BUT the felling of achievement when you finish is great.

Eep! Well done braving the daylight run! I see you and I have a very different relationship. I don’t get on with him at all and hate him especially when he tells me to keep running when I’m tired. Getting week 7 in the bag is an awesome achievement! Go speedy! 🤩🎉🦖
