So, just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone on here for the positive support and advice that I have used (along with Laura)to get to this point. I haven’t posted anything before as I’ve been quietly and studiously applying myself to the program. However, I am pretty much at half way through and feeling very good really, considering I am a 56yr old overweight man! Usual stuff...dodgy knees, dodgy ankles,breathlessness to name a few🤔
I just committed myself to it and with a quite shocking amount of determination I am moving through the program with slightly less pain and more lung capacity at every new run. Actually really looking forward to my 20 min run on Saturday morning. 😇
