Firstly I am glad I found this app, it has helped me no end. I now run 5K park runs in around the 30 minute mark and am doing 5K a day in the gym to reduce my time. And the benefits of this are I have lost over 1 1/2 st in weight and feel great, shirts that were tight fit perfectly, the down side is I have had to buy new jeans and trousers.

You don't need to give everything up, I have stopped crisps and chocolate but still have alcohol and fish and chips. Moderation and preperation, prepare food and eat in moderation. Try making your own soup and take that to work for lunch.

I hope everyone carries on after the app has been completed and also remember, if you feel bad when doing a run, slow down, take a wlk and I bet you can get going again no problem.

Good luck

Congratulations that all sounds great, but please don't overdo it.

It is not recommended to run daily for at least six months after you start running.

Because you can do it does not mean it is wise. It takes many months for your body to strengthen and your injury risk to reduce

This guide to post C25K running may be helpful healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Take care.
