About to go on first run in 10 days

About 10 days ago I completed my first 30 minute run. I then went out two days later but had to abort due to pulling a muscle in a calf. I then came down with a cold virus the same day and have just got over it. Feel like I want to run but for how long ? Constant 20-25 mins or maybe two 10 mins with a walk in between?

How’s about 30 minutes? You don’t start losing fitness for about 14 days... slow and steady and you should be fine to carry on where you left off. Go off very gently and test that calf.
