Was nervous about starting week 4! Nearly did it but only ran 2 minutes of the last 5! But I am definitely seeing progress as last week I struggled to run for 3 minutes and today I did 3,5,3,2 and am definitely seeing my stamina and fitness improve. Just got to beat those gremlins which tell met to stop in the last run!

It's really nice to see people further down the road doing well with it... I'm on day 2

It does in a weird way get easier as in week 1 I was really out of breath running for 1 minute! Your body gets used to it!

I'd try slowing down. It's something you read about a lot on the forum and, no surprises, it works. Start slow, stay slow, you may be able to speed up on the last run but it's more important to keep going, so slow down more if necessary.

Good workout. A touch slower and you’d be there no doubt. Shut out the gremlins, answer them, out loud “yes I can”
