Hi all, I started W3 yesterday morning, I usually do my runs at 5:30am before work however, rather than get up tomorrow, I’m at a loose end now, would it be ok to do it tonight rather than the morning?

It was yesterday morning (tues) 🤗 I’m only doing it a few hours early I suppose

Strange. Ok... there’s an slightly increased risk as muscles build while you sleep... I’ve had similar gaps but with two sleeps... I’m not sure to be honest

Not a good idea really hidden injuries are just that..hidden:)

You may feel fine... but it is not really sensible at this stage...

Hi Oldfloss, I’m back and do feel ok, it’s not something ill make a habit out of but I was bored and starting to feel snacks coming on so I thought I’d get out

Stretch and rest up.. hopefully no issues from this... next time you feel like this...pop in some extra day exercise.... stamina and core strength are equally important!

I will do, just had a lovely shower and sat with a coffee now.

I never thought I’d enjoy running, never thought I could run lol
