I feel good after finishing this week but a bit nervous about going from 90 seconds to 3 minutes of running in week 3.

You’re doing 90 second longer than you were a couple of weeks ago! It’s not as scary as it looks. Relax, Trust, Believe and run.

I just did the first run of week three and it wasn’t that bad. Just run a bit slower.
