This is the 2nd time I have attempted C25K but this is the furthest I have got. Just completed Week 5 run 2. A bit nervous about run 3 as it is a jump to 20 minutes running but I am determined to do it! This site is great for inspiration and support

The jump up looks a lot scarier than it is. Assuming your inter-run walks are brisk enough then there’s a minuscule difference in what you have just done and your next one, arguably it’s shorter.

You can do it, this programme works, and this chat thing boosts you on to get there.
A while back I would never have done 20 m straight and here I am, job done. Get out there and just go, I'm slow and I'm no bouncy Tigger but the App is getting me to my goal.
