So I’m at the start of week 4 & I couldn’t even complete the 1st 5min run, my legs just hate me right now, and my right leg gets really crampy after a minute! Any advice??

Plenty of fresh water the day before. A banana or two before the run really helps with a good energy boost. And more water afterwards.
They say stretching isn’t advised on cold muscles before a run, but I tend to go for a 5-10 minute fast walk in a loop back home, then stretch, then start the run. And always stretch at the end anyway. It helps!

Slow down, even if your jog/run is slower than your walking speed. You're building endurance not speed.
I did w4r1 on Monday and went super slow 🐌, if i'd been outside real snails would have passed me! But it meant I got to the end. And tonight's run I will try a tiny bit faster (on a treadmill this week so keeping a consistent pace is easy).
Keep hydrated by sipping water/squash throughout the day. Don't wish to be personal but if you sweat a lot whilst exercising it's important to keep your electrolytes up as well.
Personally I would not repeat wk3 but keep at wk4 until the 3 runs were completed, but it's entirely up to you and how you are feeling.
Don't get disheartened, you'll get this and it will feel amazing 💪🏃♂️

Week 4 run 1 completed tonight. It was tough but the first run was the worst I was so out of breath. I do believe anyone could walk quicker than my running but it IS running and I don’t care. Keep going x
