So, having not run since Sunday and, under the physiotherapist's orders, I ventured out for a 20min/3k gentle run.

The good news is that my tendon wasn't painful, and still isn't, although, in fairness, it is still K-taped up plus, I felt as if I could have gone on for longer which is reassuring.

If it feels okay over the rest of today and tomorrow she says I can do the same again on Monday and then see her again on Wednesday.

Keep your fingers crossed for me that I can get back to where I should be (week8) before too long.
