Well done. I loved week 1. What's the treadmill like. I'm thinking of joint the gym for the winter mnths. Cause in running in morning don't want risk of ice etc.
I think treadmill a good option, might take a couple of goes to give you the right speed and incline but once you get that right I can see it being a less slippy, cold option.
I’ve been an avid gym goer for a while but never had a go at running, only time I’ve run in the past is if I was being chased 😂
