The problem I get is my feet start aching/paining very quickly. I have a few different pairs of trainers/running shoes and the results are always the same.
Is it just that my feet need some sort of exercise, or could it be the trainers/running shoes.
What trainer/running shoes do you recommend?

Just go for a pair of running specific shoes that fit you. Different brands suit different shape feet so try lots on to find the best fit. You don't have to spend lots of money.
