Aching feet/Running shoes

Hi.

Just finished w3r3 which went fairly well.

The problem I get is my feet start aching/paining very quickly. I have a few different pairs of trainers/running shoes and the results are always the same.

Is it just that my feet need some sort of exercise, or could it be the trainers/running shoes.

What trainer/running shoes do you recommend?

Just go for a pair of running specific shoes that fit you. Different brands suit different shape feet so try lots on to find the best fit. You don't have to spend lots of money.

Ordinary trainers aren't necessarily running shoes. I'd go get a gait analysis and take the trainers with you. 👟👟

If your suffering you need to go to a specialist running shop and gait analysis done. Do be careful as you don’t want to scupper your running life.
