Here in Virginia it’s 28C & 76% humidity at 8:30pm in the dark. Although just slightly cooler than R2, it felt so much more comfortable and I completed it covering 2.33 miles, second mile was 10:53 so I suddenly feel I really can do this. This is a great program, thanks NHS and BBC for bringing it to the masses. Feels really good I haven’t run for 25 minutes since my early twenties!
