Over the past few days I've had a slight niggle in my lower leg, though nothing of it and did my run this evening, half way through I had this sharp pain in my in my right leg, I slowed down, did a few stretches and walked the rest of the session.
I'm fairly confident I've got a shin splint after looking on Dr Google, but even if I haven't I know I'm out of the running for a week or 2 whilst this heals, which sucks.
If you've had shin splints, what have you done to keep exercising? Or do you have any advise to help the recovery?
*thought it important to add that I have got correct running shoes and I've had gait analysis
