Hi everyone.. so I finally started week 3 after running week 1 and 2 since June due to leg injuries each time.
Never felt like giving up so much. That 5 minute first run I basically ran on the spot. Hope it gets easier , I only just managed it. Well done to everyone doing this.

Well done for getting back to it! Yes it will get easier eventually, although each week pushes your boundaries at the start.
Just go as slow as you possibly can if you find yourself struggling (sounds like you did that and didn’t give up! 👍🏻), and make sure you hydrate plenty on the day before a run. You’ll be fine, really!
