Just finished with the 3rd run of the week. Ran 30 mins for each; developed a niggle on my left quad which I feel only when I walk and not during runs. Anyway, going to ice that annnd I'm ready for next week!!

But why are you running for 30 minutes in W7? You might have overtaxed your legs a little with that niggle. It’s tempting to run for longer I know (I really felt like that on a few occasions in the early weeks, but resisted), but the programme is designed to build up strength and stamina gradually.
Don’t want to sound like a nag, just don’t want you to get injured! 😀 Look after that quad!

If you have another half sat around I say you need a good massage on that quad. Not because it sounds bad, just you deserve one!
