Well done !! You've got this ! I too struggled to get out on week one, but I find dragging myself out of the door is getting easier now I'm on week 3 (and have new trainers I'm in love with). Nice pic, that looks like a lovely quiet lane for secret running 👍

It takes a while for your Body to adjust to running so some aches and niggles are to be expected..
The strength and flex program is good to do along side C25K and of course stretching after each run.. It all helps..
