Just done W3R3. Having struggled through W1 & W2, I found W3R1&2 ok-ish so was fairly upbeat about W3R3 ... but it was hell from start to finish. I can only put it down to having gin last night. 🤔

Yeah, you might have dehydrated yourself if you didn't drink enough water with the gin. But if you finished the run, you may as well carry on. W4R1 awaits!

I drink a lot less now than before I started running. I was getting the most amazing hangovers on gin, even on a single, next time I went out I had just tonic water and woke up with the hangover from hell, it was then I realised I was intolerant to the sweeteners they put in now, even in the non diet. So I only have fever tree tonic and no hangover 😀.

That’s interesting ... I only had one large one but with diet tonic, which wasn’t Fever Tree. I’ll switch brand ... giving up gin seems a bit radical! Thanks.
