I did my third parkrun this morning. After spending yesterday evening being sick several times (something I ate?) I wasn’t sure about going today. I switched off my alarm and decided if I woke in time I’d get up and see how I felt. I woke up at almost exactly the time I’d originally set the alarm. Cup of tea, banana. All stayed where it should so I decided to give it a go. I’m so glad I did. A slow and steady pace and I managed to run the whole 5k, and I feel so much better for it. Never thought I’d see the day when I go for a run to feel better!!
