Just wanted to say thanks for all your motivational comments.

I postec on Tuesday after a really tough W3R1. Did W3r2 yesterday after taking the advice of slowing down and it was fine. I think a snail could have over taken me but I made it. W3R3 tomorrow!

Some of those snails are damn fast you know... but don’t worry it’s only because they don’t go far. Never be afraid to slow it down, this is all about gaining fitness and that 30 minute week at the end is the test of that. Distance, speed, overtaking snails and slipstreaming a tortoise is all irrelevant to the mission!
