Managed this really well... until the app I use told me 1 min to go on the last 5 min run then my lungs started gasping , and legs started burning , so I just stumbled to a slow walk... My feeling is to mark it as completed and try run 2 on Thursday, and if the same thing happens to take a step back and redo them...if not push ahead.
I found the same with the start of Week 3 but just kept hitting better pace with each run. Anyone else found this ?

Yes, the first run of a new week always seemed tough to me - still does! Move on to run 2 - we all have a bad run now and then, and it’s only a minute after all. As you say, if run 2 isn’t better you can try again. Good luck!
I am on the same as you Week 4 Run 1 and so far ever single week when I get to the last run of the set and I get to the point I am running thinking ‘I have to stop now.... I can’t keep going.’ And just then it says well done you’ve finished. This week it said ‘well done 1 more minute to go!’.. I did manage the last minute but it was a slow jog. I hoping run 2 will be easier because the plan does seem to work. 4 weeks ago I was chuffed to run for 1 minute! Keep it up and like the others day if your still struggling at the end of the next run may be go back a week but I think you can do it!
