OK, I went for my first run of the second week morning. Over all I wasn't happy with how I went about it.
For the first week I had woken up at least 30-40 mins prior to going for the run, however this morning I woke up a bit late and then had to make a dash for it whilst gobbling a banana en route.
Secondly and most importantly, I have now discovered the importance of a good night's sleep and rest. I barely slept for under 4 hours ( one of my nemesis) last night and felt a bit listless, but somehow managed to drag myself out of the bed and still went for the run.
Whilst in the park I recovered to a reasonable level and finished the run with a satisfactory outcome however usually I have tried to do a bit extra in my previous runs so I am more prepared for the challenges ahead however today I just finished the app's stipulated time and came back.
Lesson learned: Sleep well. wake up atleast 20 -30 mins mins prior to going for it.
