Whoooop!! Just ran W8 R3 and felt good so I ran for 30 mins. Work been tough so I’m only getting 2 runs a week so maybe my recovery is better.
Did 5.5k in 30 mins so pleased with that 💪🏻
Decided to do Park run on Sat for the first time then Centerparcs on Monday so Week 9 will hopefully be completed on the hills 😩
Roll on graduation I’ve already downloaded a 5k to 10K app in preparation
