Whoooop!! Just ran W8 R3 and felt good so I ran for 30 mins. Work been tough so I’m only getting 2 runs a week so maybe my recovery is better.

Did 5.5k in 30 mins so pleased with that 💪🏻

Decided to do Park run on Sat for the first time then Centerparcs on Monday so Week 9 will hopefully be completed on the hills 😩

Roll on graduation I’ve already downloaded a 5k to 10K app in preparation

To all you week Oners out there, I COULDN’T run 3 mins without being out of breath and feeling at near collapse about 10 weeks ago, this app WORKS!!!

Great run. Center Parcs has some flats, well flattish bits if you stay near the lake. Enjoy parkrun and closing this plan out👍

Well done!! Wow, amazing distance covered! You’re one of the elusive 10% (I’m not!!! 🐌🐌🐌) who can achieve 5k in 30 minutes! You’re a natural, and W9 should hold no problems for you! 👍🏻
