Just came back and I cannot believe I ran for 30 minutes straight! The snail was out in her glory again (covered just under 3.5km), but it felt good and I made it to the end. ❤️🐌❤️

Only two more runs to go. This doesn’t seem real, bearing in mind my huffing and puffing efforts during W1.

Its a strange thing but 🐌was out here yesterday too!! Well done though your nearly there😀. Its much cooler here today. Isn't it amazing how hard week 1 was and then the panic at stepping up to 2 mins seems a life time ago. I ran 28 mins yesterday and the feeling when sarah says you can slow down now is amazing😌, though if I slow down I will stop! 😉 enjoy your last two runs....your so nearly there. 👍
