Week 4 ..ouch

Just completed w4 r3 woohoo slowed it down and tried a few inclines in my local park (I usually time it ok to miss them 😁) decided to go into the park a different gate at the back big mistake bloomin nettles and running shorts don't mix ouch . Lesson learnt and onwards to week 5 🏃‍♂️

Good run. I’m forever getting nettlerash, but I put that down to lacking brainpower as it’s often at the same spot and I know that they are there!

Well done! - I'm also on W4, just did R2 this morning feeling rubbish beforehand but got through it ok. I'm on Holiday next week and am going somewhere really hilly and high-up, so planning to try and re-do wk4 on hills rather than chance wk5. The biggest fear I have is turning down holiday beer!

My second run was harder i put it down to doing it late afternoon i usually go out early morning . Hills scare me but I know I can't always avoid them . Enjoy your holiday and beer I would 😁
