Struggled again this morning - and sitting in the office with sore legs, maybe a 1/5 soreness - so nothing too bad.
After the euphoria of Week 5, so far this week has felt trickier - 25 minutes on Friday, looking forward to giving it a damn good go!

I am also struggling with the ‘post week 5 euphoria’ in week 6! I never thought i’d look forward to a 25 min run so much... 😆
