So now I'm in uncharted territory. Just completed the 2nd run of week 4 and things are getting serious. My legs felt like lead as I set off on my warm up walk and got progressively heavier. I'm sure Laura's stopwatch stopped on a couple of occasions. Strange that my breathing was fine all the way through. Oh well here's to finishing W4 on Friday then Im gonna treat myself to new shoes. Cheers all

Slow and steady does it... relax into the runs. Make sure you stretch well afterwards and start to increase exercise for core strength and stamina on some of your rest days.

As the runs get longer, the rest of you has to keep up with those running legs :)

Well done.
