hi all,on wk09 run 2 and suffering with severe calf pain
i’ve previously has a DVT in 2015 so know i’ve got some damage but i’m worried i’m doing more damage. it’s so upsetting i wear compression socks but if there’s any tips out there let me know

Is this a regular thing or did it just happen in this run? If it’s recent, it may just be your legs telling you they need a rest, and a few days off (even a week if that’s what it takes) won’t do any harm.
That said, if there’s any possibility it may be related to a previous serious condition, see your doctor.
Go get this checked out by your GP... the run will wait and you need to be sure all is good to go
