So thought work, life and a dogdie ankle I’ve managed to miss a week - what do I do.. carry on and complete as normal or go back and repeat the last week I did before moving on?? Thanks guys! X

I missed a week due to sickness. I repeated the final session of the previous week just to see how I fared.

If I had struggled/been unable to finish that run I would have repeated the week, but as it turned out I was fine, so I went on to the next week.

Give it a try and see how you get on 😉

You should be fine to carry on where you left off. I had almost 3 weeks between w9r1 and w9r2 due to a calf injury. I decided to try to carry on where I’d left off and took it nice and steady.
