Thought i’d share this - i found it quite interesting as i’ve wondered how my aged knees might stand up to the pressures of running. Feel less worried now, although longer distance runners and those running more than 150 minutes per week might want pay attention. Also - a 5% rule was suggested - rather than 10%...
The running segment starts at one minute in, morphs into cycling and lasts approximately 10 minutes.

Very good to know! Taking up running in my later years with a slightly niggly knee has been a concern! The niggle was before running, but I had not felt it for a long time. I’m enjoying running and the knee is still a little niggly, but no pain and doing ok, so this is good news. Thank you! ❤️
Thank you! Very interesting. My knees are a bit stiff every morning, i don't think running has hurt them yet.... I only really feel them when running downhill !! 😀😀😀
