Sat's W8R1 saw me 2 minutes short of the 28 mins which really frustrated me. This morning I set off with a better route planned. For some reason i lost Laura and tried to judge my time. Ran for 35 minutes!! I'm truly surprised at the difference between today and my previous run. All the support and advice you guys gave me on Sat was right - there'll be good and bad runs so thank you.

Thank you for your encouragement - felt as if I could have carried on running this morning but like my 5 minute walk to finish off.
