After graduating a few weeks ago I’ve dropped to 2 runs a week average around 20 mins (due to time restraints) but am planning a second 5k run for charity in October. Do u think this is enough to maintain fitness? I did race for life a couple of weeks ago in 28 and a half mins so want to keep the pace up!

I only run twice a week due to the fact I love cross training. I can train for a HM running twice a week. Your 5km time is good and at 20min a week run twice a week, if you continue with that sort of run you will be ok for your event in October. You will really want to be running at least 3.5 - 4km in that 20 mins to keep you on track. Good luck.
