That was a challenge tonight. Learning the best routes to take and in the adventure made some mistakes, taking on some big hills. Still have to admit it felt like an achievement. Rest day tomorrow and back on it Saturday.

Nice one Marko. Biggest advice is to go slow. The longish term view is that the first 6 weeks of this program are getting you ready to run continuously for longer periods of time. Just take it steady. I would also advise doing 3 runs per week. That means you always get a 2 day rest somewhere in the week and that can be a real welcome!
