week 1 run 2 done, it's so hot and it nearly stopped me but I'm so proud of myself now The app and Jo is so movtivating I can't wait for run3 now.

Anyone got tips for running in the heat?

Great pic! In hot weather I try to pre-hydrate a lot, starting the afternoon before the run. Drink half a glass of water every quarter of an hour. Good luck and keep going!

Hydrate well the day before, run slowly! Try to avoid the hottest part of the days. I don't get on well with really early morning runs so I go out about 8pm. One day last week was 9pm. Good luck !😎

I drag my bones out of bed around 6am to be running by 6:30am and try to avoid the heat.

Remember the weather is slapping fluid from you constantly, not just when running so drink plenty water.
