First run of week 8 today. Found myself looking at the timer less often. Well at least until the last few minutes! 😅
Pushed on past 28 minutes to do the 30. I thought an additional 2 mins couldn't do much harm, could it??
Feeling comfy, and kinda pleased with myself. Totally loving that 2 months ago I couldn't run the length of myself and here I am voluntarily putting in extra minutes!!!
