Has anyone else’s pace really slowed in this heat? I’m going out quite late in the evening so it’s slightly cooler, but I’m struggling with my pace. I’m at least 2/3 minutes slower than usual across 5k. Or should I not worry about time in this weather? Hubby says not to and just to get the miles in is good enough
