I haven't gone out in over a week! Its been so very hot! I have to do evenings coz of children and it's not cool enough til gone 8pm. By then I'm wanting to eat and relax and wind down. I wish I could say I'm chomping on the bit to get back out there but baby awake through the night (probably because of heat) and early mornings with my other daughter means I'm not fully functional. Anyway, enough moaning. I have to get back out there and I will. But do I start where I left off? (I'm end of week 3) or do I redo week 3? What do people find easier when they take a break?

Try Week 4. You should be just fine. Just take it nice and slowly. If you don't have a good time then do W3R3 again, cos you know that you can do that.

Don't go backwards on the programme unless you absolutely have to tho. Keep smiling and keep running :-)
