This is the longest I’ve done the app.. Loving it and just about managing the 5 minute runs but dreading going up to 8 minutes.. there’s a fear I can’t do it. Any tips on how to progress and keep going when it gets tough?

You will get this advice from many, because it works. Go SLOWLY , the weeks before have set you up for this, you can do it.

I started doing deep breaths on the warm up walk, and I don't know if there is any science to say that is beneficial, but I found it helped.

Good luck 🤗

Great advice from Jell6 to you liz163, as far as dreading going up to 8 minutes, the only run I dreaded was, in fact, the run from 8 minutes to 20 minutes, run 3 or week 5, but once I ran that one I was very happy and for the rest of the program just took it nice and steady until I graduated on 18th June.
