Hip Pain

Hi, I've completed w7r3 today, but for the last week I've had awful pain in my hips, at some points during the runs, I've thought I would have to stop. I've been worried in case I need to take a longer break between runs. I'm scared in case I don't get back into it if I stop !! Anway, I digress, do you think the hip pain is something to worry about, do you think it will go away ? I've been taking ibuprofen but it only really dulls the pain. I had shin splints (I think ) early on, but thankfully these eased off. Is this another new runner problem ?

If it carries on get it checked out - look up hip bursitis on NHS Direct as bursitis is quite common in walkers/runners, especially new ones
