Post graduation 🎓 & still buzzing from my lap of Silverstone my running gear came with me on a recent holiday to the Emerald Isle. After a bit of investigation of the local area I found a super run along a track following a river. Very different to the hills of home it was so lovely to start three of my days away with a run (helped to clear the Guinness fug & helped to address the calorie intake a little as well!). Despite following the river the path was undulating and challenging in parts but so enjoyable to run somewhere different, in a whole new environment, and to have some precious time to enjoy some new surroundings and time to myself.
