As the title says I just finished week 7. I've been running along the river and turning back at the bell, have been covering about 5.5 km per run. So today I decided I would change it up a bit and picked circular a route that I knew was about 5k. It goes along the side of a golf course and back along a river to my house.
Looked good on the map.
What the map didn't show me was that along the golf course is up and down hills the whole way.
It was hard, like really hard but I managed it, got back to near home and had 5 minutes to go, so a wee lap of the park and I was done.
It felt so good finishing today. It was so much more of a challenge with all the hills and felt like such an achievement getting it done.
Super stoked to start week 8, think I'll finish next week with another run along the golf course.
