Hi, I'm due to do run 1 of week 8 later. (Thurs) Thing is I won't then get to run again until Monday as I'm going away for the weekend (I'm off to Legoland for my sons birthday π¦) I've only normally had my normal rest day between runs, will this break in my running be a big deal? Sorry if this comes across as a silly question π

Nah not a silly question. You will be fine to carry on where you left off. You may even find that your next run after the weekend may feel stronger because of the break.
Have a fun time, these moments with our kids are so precious!

It normally takes a couple of weeks before you start to notice any loss of condition.

Shouldnβt worry about getting much of a rest, if you are going to Legoland, as an ex season ticket holder you will be glad to get back to a gentle W8 ππΎββοΈ π
