We have found that gradually increasing the pace during the final minute is beneficial in terms of improved endurance. It is not easy for the longer (10 mins plus) runs, but if one can do it, we would encourage you to do so.

Well done... but as folk are all so different.. they should just run in their own comfortable way :) Their happy pace, and always, always finishing with something left in the tank:)
