Week 5 run 2

Just come back from w5r2 and so so pleased with myself!! I can't believe I've actually completed two 8 minute runs 😁

This Couch to 5k is really great.

Although I'm running on the flat which is great, I'm running in 37 degree heat with some humidity 😬

Any advice or suggestions on how to conquer my R3 which will be Sunday?

Thanks 😊

Great feeling isn’t it! Well done for running in that temperature - hope yours drinking lots of water. Advice given to me was slow down. I am a slow runner anyway but it really helps with the longer runs to slow down even more. It really is a great programme. Best wishes for R3 🙂

I'm slow too, thanks I'll take slowing down further on board!

Your next run? One slow and steady step after the other. You are ready for each and every run... all you need to do is believe that and KNOW you are going to do it :)

Well done indeed...is there no cooler time you could run? As the runs get longer it might be helpful to do an earlier run?

Thank you, I'm mentally preparing for it now and starting to look forward to the challenge!

Im running at 5.30am as living in the Middle East but will be in the Uk for the last 3 weeks of my 9 So I'll probably need thermals 😂
