I'm finding I don't want to stop for the breaks! Did 15.5 minutes tonight, 2 min walk in middle. Jogging pace, HR started at 100 BPM and ended at 136bpm. Feel awesome now. Not run for 10 years, and then it was all in a treadmill. Really enjoying running in summer! 😃

Just be careful, too much too soon if you haven't run for 10 years and you might injure yourself x

Tanks for words of caution. Being very careful to stretch and warm up and down and stretch again and got fitness coach helping me with advice. Just did not feel like stopping!
