Finished the second 10 minute run as the Last Post started. I would have laughed if I'd had more puff...

Yes a very unusual piece of music to run to, I usually listen to that roundabout Remembrance Day in November. I would imagine that you picked up your pace when the 7th movement came on Charge, that music gets more dramatic with an ear piercing part then followed by the sound of water dripping and then Big Ben with the Last Post. Good luck with the rest of your C25K program.
