Week 1: Run 1

Just completed my first C25k walk/jog/run indoors, feeling good, hoping to get outdoors for the next one. Does anyone know why my toes tingle/go numb whilst doing this? Only thing I can think of is my trainers are too narrow for my feet!?!?

Try having your laces a bit looser in the next run to see if that helps.

The guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Enjoy your journey.
