Hi Folks

I just found you as I come into my week 9 of running! If you had told me over a couple of months ago I would be doing the C5k I would not have believed you. A friend encouraged me & I did my first race for life a couple of weeks ago. Seriously if I can do it anyone can. Keep at it. You are amazing. Happy running x x x
